Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@zainabhomedesigns.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

 

We will gladly replace or refund affected items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Please note: Return shipping (if required) will be covered by us in cases of fault or error.

All sales are final after 7 days.
